These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern your receipt of text messages from Baker Implement Company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive SMS messages from Baker Implement Company, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively consenting (e.g., checking an opt-in box, texting a keyword, or verbally agreeing during a service interaction), you consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages from Baker Implement Company.
You may receive messages related to:

- Parts order notifications
- Appointment reminders

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Baker Implement Company does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, MetroPCS, Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile, and other regional carriers.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Your mobile phone number and related information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Information collected includes:

- Opt-in date and method
- Opt-out date (if applicable)
- Message delivery status
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued receipt of messages after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
